Kartik Sharma
Kartik Sharma is the Managing Director and a Board Member at Gangotri Manpower and Security Agency, one of North India’s leading firms in security, facility, and workforce management. With a strong foundation in Human Resources and a deep commitment to operational excellence, Kartik plays a key role in driving the agency’s growth and modernizing its services.

An alumnus of Jagannath International Management School (JIMS), Kartik began his corporate journey at Bridgestone India, where he served as an HR Manager, gaining valuable experience in workforce planning, compliance, and people development. His time in the corporate sector helped shape his analytical approach and people-first mindset—qualities he brings into his leadership at GMSA.

Taking forward the legacy built by his father, Kartik, along with his brother, is focused on scaling the organization with a vision rooted in trust, technology, and transparency. Under his leadership, GMSA has expanded its presence across multiple states, diversified service offerings, and strengthened client partnerships across government and private sectors.

Akshat Sharma is the visionary force behind Gangotri Manpower and Security Agency (GMSA). An alumnus of Symbiosis University, Akshat has further sharpened his strategic outlook with specialized short training in Business Strategy in International and Emerging Markets from the London School of Economics (LSE), London.

With a deep-rooted passion for business expansion and operational excellence, he leads GMSA with a focus on innovation, discipline, and scalable growth. Under his leadership, the agency has grown from a regional player into a trusted manpower partner across multiple sectors.
